17 December 2015 – pension scheme liabilities
The group has confirmed that is has transferred all of its pension scheme liabilities to a specialist insurer thus removing any potential future liabilities from the company. It is expected that there may be a repayment to the company of £0.5m when the transfer is finalised some time next year. More positive news from the group and the shares remain a BUY.
