This provider of hardware and software to the content creation market has announced two acquisitions and a trading update. Firstly, it has acquired Lightstream for $35.9m in cash and shares.- Lightstream is a developer of cloud-based live production software to enable content creators, particularly those involved in gaming, to enrich their live video streams. The second, and much smaller acquisition, is that of Quasar for up to $6.1m in cash.
