The company has acquired the business and assets of Bury Land Rover in Lancashire and has also exchanged contracts to acquire the business and assets of Bradford Jaguar in West Yorkshire. Bury Land Rover is a quality business which is expected to be immediately accretive to Group profits. Bradford Jaguar will complement the successful Land Rover operation in Bradford and will strengthen the Farnell brand in the North. Final results are less than two weeks away, due for release on 13 May. BUY.
