Shares in the speciality electronics group TT Electronics have been disappointing for us and the share price has dropped to its lowest level since November 2022. The company has today announced the disposal of three business units from its GMS and Power and Connectivity divisions to the Swiss group Cicor for cash consideration of £20.8m. The proceeds of the sale will be used to reduce group debt. The disposal will not only simplify the operations of the group but will also allow gross operating margins to increase.
