The company's largest shareholder, BC Omega Holdco, part of Bain Capital, has announced that it has reduced its holding in the company through the sale of 50m shares at 135p. The disposal was handled through a placing of shares with institutions by broker Peel Hunt and the disposal was greater than the initial amount of shares which was 30m. There was obviously demand for the shares although this is not surprising given the large discount to the closing price yesterday of 169.2p.
