The group has acquired Chapter Agency Limited for initial consideration of £1.3m with up to £3.7m additional consideration payable depending on the financial performance of the company. Chapter is an advertising agency based in the Midlands with an extensive client list including Nissan, Yardley, Topps Tiles and Virgin Trains. It has won a number of industry awards and the acquisition will strengthen the group’s existing portfolio of agencies. Continue to BUY.
