23 March 2017 – final results
In the year to 31 December 2016 revenue was up 8% to £65.9m (2015: £61.0m). Headline profit before tax was up 9% to £7.0m (2015: £6.5m) and headline diluted earnings per share were 6.41p (2015: 5.91p). the full year dividend was lifted by 25% to 1.5p (2015: 1.2p). It is interesting to note that over 20% of revenue came from clients of twenty or more years standing. The shares trade on a modest multiple of earnings and a BUY rating is fully justified.
