The AIM-listed sports, leisure and mobility goods specialist has acquired 3.23 acres of land adjacent to its existing site in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham. This will cost £2.85m before expenses and approximately half of this is being funded by a 10 year term loan with interest of 1.99% above base rate.
