Last week's appointment of Simon Bragg as a non-executive director of the company is a potentially interesting development. Mr Bragg is an experienced financial services executive, having founded Oriel Securities, a leading UK independent broker dealer in 2003, with the business being sold to Stifel Financial in 2014.
