TT Electronics has made a cash offer of 120p per share for Stadium Group, a bid which has been recommended by the latter’s Board. Shareholders will also be entitled to a final dividend of 2.1p per share. The offer is at a significant premium to the recent share price and looks almost certain to succeed. There appears to be little option other than to ACCEPT THE OFFER.
