The UK's leading tool and equipment hire group has announced a trading update to coincide with its AGM and this has confirmed that trading in the financial year to date has been in line with expectations.  Hire revenue is at a similar level to last year although revenues and profits are likely to be second half weighted as the group benefits from its significant contract wins.  The new contract with Amey is likely to start generating revenues in the final quarter of the financial year.  The new initiatives by the government to increase housebuilding . . .
