28 November 2017 – final results

In the year to 30 September 2017 revenue increased to £21.56m (2016: £21.32m) and pre-contracted recurring revenues increased to £11.18m (2016: £10.75m), representing 52% of total revenue in the period (2016: 50%).  Operating profit increased to £3.9m (2016: £3.69m) and basic earnings per share increased 18% to 5.2p per share (2016: 4.4p).  Strong cash generation remains a feature and the net cash balance at 30 September was £6.18m (2016: £4.34m).  A final dividend of 1.55p per share (2016: 1.4p) was declared, making the total dividend for the year 2.65p (2016: 2.4p).  The shares remain a BUY.
