The AIM-quoted supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products has expanded its international operations with the acquisition of Spanish company Industrias YUK S.A. This is a manufacturer and distributor of of high quality conveyor chain and ancillary products and will substantially increase the group's exposure to markets in Spain and Portugal where it has historically been under represented.
