At today's AGM, the company confirmed its change of name to Chesterfield Special Cylinders Holdings plc. This will become effective from tomorrow - 21 March. The new ticker for the company will be CSC. The company also confirmed that trading remains in line with expectations and the change in name highlights the group's emphasis going forward on global defence and hydrogen energy markets. There is still much to do at the company but with new contracts either won or expected it seems that the company is developing a useful platform on which to grow . . .
