The AIM-listed agricultural feeds and fuel distributor has expanded its fuels business with the acquisition of Northern Energy Oil Ltd for cash consideration of £8.3m. The latter is a fuel distributor operating from five sites in the North East of England, with a largely domestic customer base. This will expand the company's exposure to the region where it is currently under represented.
