21 December 2015 – share suspension/possible acquisition
Following recent press speculation, the company has confirmed that it has held discussions with Sportech regarding the possible acquisition of the latter’s football pools business. These discussions are at a very early stage and there is no guarantee that any agreement will be reached although if any transaction did proceed it would be deemed to be a reverse takeover. Accordingly the company’s shares have been suspended from trading on AIM.
