1 June 2015 – disposal
The group has disposed of the trade and certain assets of its US based operation Arista Laboratories for approximately £0.3m. There will be a loss on disposal of £3.5m. Overall trading at the group is slightly ahead of expectations as challenging trading in the tobacco sector is more then compensated for by better conditions in the packaging machinery business. We therefore continue to rate the shares as a BUY.
