The AIM-listed packaging group has made a small bolt-on acquisition with the purchase of B&D 2020 Group Limited for £3.85m. B&D is a specialist protective packaging business located in the South of England supplying customers in the aerospace, defence and space sectors from its facility in Southampton. There are significant opportunities to sell other Macfarlane products to the customers of B&D whilst B&D itself has significant grwoth potential.
