Chairman elect Robert Bodnar-Horvath has made his first purchases of shares in the company acquiring 12,500 shares at 85p and 17,500 shares at 81.57p at the end of last week. This is not particularly significant but is worth noting. We believe that shares in the AIM-listed specialist lighting and engineering group remain good value having fallen from 116p a year or so ago. The shares are a BUY
