Keywords Studios, which provides technical services to the global video games industry, has acquired Volta Creation Inc., a Canadian company which provides art creation services to the video games market. Clients include Capcom and Electric Arts and the business is costing CAD$5.25m. The purchase is in line with the group’s strategy of expanding its product offering and the shares remain a BUY.
