It is always a concern when companies make announcements of note after the market has closed and the fact that Jet2 has announced a large fund raise this evening is a case in point. Clearly the cash position at the group is worse than many investors thought for this fund raise to be necessary. It will be interesting to see how the shares open tomorrow but be prepared to see a fall in the price as investors absorb the news . . .
