The group’s subsidiary Banner Plant Limited has expanded its operations in the Midlands with acquisition of Premier Plant & Tool Hire for £2.8m. Premier operates from two depots in Leicester and is one of the largest plant and tool hire companies in the East Midlands. There should be useful synergies with the acquisition and we continue to rate the shares in Henry Boot as a BUY
