The motoring and cycling group has published its annual results for the year to 29 March 2024.  These have shown that underlying pre-tax profits fell by 18% to £36.1m, in line with expectations of between £35m and £40m, with earnings per share on the same basis down 21% to 12.7p.  These figures include discontinued operations and excluding these the underlying pre-tax profits were £43.1m and earnings per share were 15.1p.  The company has suffered from challenging markets particularly in cycling and tyres although the Autocentres business performed well once . . .
