1 March 2023 - final results

The AIM listed software business has announced its results for the year to 31 December 2022 and these have revealed a 25% increase in revenue to £19.3m (2021: £15.4m).  The adjusted loss before tax declined to £0.75m (2021: loss of £1.22m).  It is pleasing to note that recurring revenue increased by 27% to £18.3m, thus representing 95% of the total.  Last year saw the first positive adjusted EBITDA whilst cash reserves also increased to £3.0m (2021: £2.7m).  A strong start has been made to 2023 with further investment . . .
