1 July 2016 – acquisition The business aviation group has announced the acquisition of Flyertech Limited and its sister company Aerstream Limited for initial consideration of £3m, with up to another £0.6m payable if certain future financial performance criteria are met. The companies being acquired are based at Gatwick and offer a full complement of airworthiness management services. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in its first year and is seen as being an excellent strategic fit for the group. We maintain our recommendation of BUY.
