The construction group has announced that it has made a small bolt-on acquisition with the purchase of AVRS Systems Limited for consideration of up to £7.0m. AVRS provides specialist design and build services in the areas of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation and serves the wter and energy sectors.
