The news that ITV has abandoned its proposed offer for the company of 236p per share has led to shares in Entertainment One falling back in value to below that level. The board of the company had rejected the bid as far too low and this sentiment appeared to be reflected by large investors in the group. For the time being we reduce our recommendation to HOLD.
