17 December 2015 – strategic partnership

The group has announced that it has teamed up with Steven Spielberg’s DreamWorks to work on new ideas which the company will distribute outside the US.  Although in the short term the financial implications of the deal may not be great, the deal may help to re-assure investors who have questioned the accounting policies of the group as well as its dependence on the Peppa Pig franchise.  The group is aiming to double its revenues to £1.5bn by 2020 as the additional size would give the group more credibility and scope to deal with other film and programme makers.  At this stage the shares remain ATTRACTIVE.
