7 June 2023- settlement of claim
The group has announced that it has reached a full and final settlement with Tuffnells Parcels Express in relation to the claim against the company as announced in February. This will not have any impact on the group's results for the current financial year but removes a distraction from the board so the company can carry on with its activities. No financial details were given but this should allow the company to focus on its core business once again and the shares remain a BUY.
