The AIM-listed courier and logistics group has taken the market by surprise by revealing that it is not in a position to publish its annual report and accounts ahead of today's AGM. This is because a corporate governance query has recently been raised by the company's Audit and Risk Committee relating to an internal investigation which started in the last financial year.
