The AIM-listed, Manchester-based manufacturer of plastic products has announced that it has acquired Alma Products Limited, a company based in Runcorn which will reinforce the group's focus on niche, specialist operators in the plastics sector. Alma can operate across a range of sectors including food packaging and personal care and the acquisition will broaden the the group's product and manufacturing offering thus expanding the market opportunities that are available to the group.
