AIM-listed Coral Products, a plastic products specialist based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, has announced the acquisition of Film & Foil Solutions Limited. The sellers are two private individuals and consideration is £3.0m. Film & Foil is a leading converter and supplier of flexible packaging film, print lamination film and speciality plastics, paper and aluminium foils. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in its first year. For the full year ended 31 December 2021, Film & Foil is forecasting a loss before tax of £174k but an underlying profit of £541k after one off . . .
