16 August 2021 - further investment in Brave Bison
The investment group CIP Merchant Capital has announced that it is to participate in the fund raising by Brave Bison announced last Friday on which we commented at the time. This will result in CIP acquiring another 92.5m shares at a price of 1.35p for a cost of some £1.25m. This will leave CIP with a shareholding of 15.3% in Brave Bison.
