The group has announced the disposal of its small software business, AMT Sybex for up to £40m, with £23m payable on completion and a further £17m payable over the next 2 years if certain conditions are met. This is yet another disposal of a non-core business at the group as Capita looks to slim down its operations to become a more focused group.
