The global outsourcing group Capita has announced that it has won a contract renewal worth some £124m from a leading UK financial institution to provide learning services to the client. The contract is for five and a half years and so it is not material overall, although the renewal of contracts such as this provides reassurance to investors that the company is moving in the right direction. The shares have fallen from a 2021 high of 49p reached in March despite the positive newsflow this year. The shares are a BUY
