The outsourcing group Capita has announced that is has disposed of Pay360 Limited, its payment processing business for £150m. This continues the group's strategy of disposing of non-core businesses and will help to reduce the group's debt. This is more good news for the group as the sale proceeds are more than had been expected by some analysts.
