The outsourcing group Capita has announced a three year extension to its contract with the NHS to provide digital and logistics support primary care practitioners in the NHS. The contract is worth £94m over the next three years and is further confirmation that the group's recovery continues. The share price has begun to move up over recent weeks and we would expect this upward trajectory to continue going forward. We therefore maintain our recommendation of BUY
