The leading outsourcing group has announced that it is to dispose of its software business Capita One for gross cash proceeds of £207m with a cash dividend of £4.8m expected to be received before then. The sale is to MRI Software and the proceeds will be used to reduce the borrowings at the group. It will also provide the cash resources to allow the group to continue with its expansion plans.
