Following our recent recommendations to buy shares in the outsourcing group Capita, three of the directors have added to their holdings since the results last week. One director purchased 250,000 shares at 13.66p; one bought 148,945 shares at 13.4277p and the final purchase was for 1.45m shares at 13.88p. The last purchase was for consideration of over £200k but the other buys are also significant. We continue to recommend the shares as a BUY.
