The AIM-listed infection prevention and control company has announced that it has sold the rights to its antimicrobial surface spray in the Americas to its existing licensee, Integrated Resources Inc. The company will receive a cash payment of US$1.4m for this and will also receive royalties on future sales of the product. The company retains the rights to the product outside the Americas.
