We last commented on publisher Bloomsbury, best known for the Harry Potter books, last October when we re-iterated our buy recommendation at 240p. Today's trading statement, ahead of the company's year end on 28 February, has revealed that trading has been excellent with pre-tax expected to be well ahead of current expectations of £12.1m. There has been strong trading in the consumer division across both adult and children's titles, and market research group Nielsen has estimated that the volume of print books sold in 2020 was up 5.2 . . .
