At today’s AGM the company will confirm a substantial order from Certas worth £1.2m to supply and install mobile systems across the latter’s English and Welsh petrochemical fleet. This should all be delivered in the current financial year with recurring annual fees thereafter. There is also scope to roll this out to Certas’s Scottish fleet of vehicles next year. However, as this order was expected in the first quarter, first half results will reflect the slow start to the year which has also seen a slower than expected integration of AFS which was acquired last year. However, the second half should see stronger trading as usual and we therefore maintain our recommendation of BUY.
