The group has confirmed that it is in talks regarding a possible merger with Carillion – the shares of both companies have jumped sharply as a result as there is scope for considerable cost synergies if any such merger was to proceed. No details regarding the structure of the proposed deal have been agreed as it is still very early days – we suggest that holders hang on and AWAIT DEVELOPMENTS.
