The company has revealed that non-executive director John Dawson has sold 1.1m shares in the company at 70.1p on 9 November. Although director selling is normally not a good sign, as Mr Dawson retains a beneficial interest in over 35m shares after the sale representing 6.85% of the equity we are not particularly concerned and retain our recommendation of BUY.
