The leading homeware brands company has issued a disappointing trading statement for the six months to 31 January with revenues down 5.7% to £79.4m due to weak consumer demand in the UK. Sales of air-fryers were particularly disappointing. Group sales did improve in the second quarter with the decline over the previous year not as great as Q1 although since the start of 2025 there has been a slowdown in orders from customers - as a result the group expects revenues for the year to 31 July to be similar to last year . . .
