8 November 2024 - deadline extension
The potential takeover of the company rumbles on with ABC Technologies Inc being given a further two weeks to complete due diligence and come up with an actual offer. The new deadline for making a bid is now 22 November. As we suggested recently, we do believe an offer at 200p will be forthcoming and therefore make the shares a BUY.
