The animal feed additives group has announced the acquisition of Bio-Vet Inc, a leading producer of animal health and nutrition products based in Wisconsin, USA. Bio-Vet primarily serves the US dairy market, selling directly to farmers, vets and through resellers to reach the smaller farmer. Nearly all the sales of the company are in the US and so the company will benefit from the global reach of Anpario as this will allow it to sell products overseas more easily. The acquisition is an excellent fit for the group and is expected to be earnings . . .
