26 June 2024 - final results

The provider of power and data transmission products has announced its results for the year to 31 March with revenues up 26% at $913m and underlying pre-tax profits up 30% at $77.4m.  Earnings per share on the same basis were 12% higher at 33.7c and the dividend was raised 8% to 4.2p per share.  These are clearly solid results and these have benefitted from the acquisition of Murat Ticaret in August 2023.  Following this purchase which has further diversified the group, net debt at the year end had risen to $121m . . .
