GSK has announced that it has disposed of its remaining holding in Haleon, the consumer healthcare business that was demerged from GSK in 2022.  The sale of just over 385m shares at 324p per share has raised just under £1.25bn and will mean that GSK has no holding in the company.  The disposal has been made at only a very modest discount to the market price of around 332p.  This is good news for GSK as it will allow the company to focus on its core pharma and vaccines business.  We thought that . . .
