The specialist engineering group has revealed that a major global OEM has cancelled a contract for Carclo to supply components for use in their laboratory-based diagnostic systems. The contract was expected to deliver revenues of between £10m and £15m a year, starting from the first quarter of 2023. Bearing in mind that revenues for the six month period to 30 September were in the order of £72m and it can be seen that this contract would have been a useful generator of additional revenues.
